These terms govern your use of Resize Studio (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What the app does
Resize Studio is a photo utility that resizes images to platform presets and arranges photos onto printable layouts. All processing happens locally on your device.
License
The app is licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
In-app purchases
The “Pro” unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes ads, unlocks all layout templates, unlocks passport sizes, and unlocks data export/import.
- All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We can’t issue refunds directly.
- Restoring purchases is available from Settings → Pro. Use it after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
- Family Sharing is enabled on iOS where supported.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to process photos you don’t have the right to process.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Resell or redistribute the app or its assets.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
- We don’t guarantee that exported images meet specific external requirements (e.g., that a “passport” preset’s pixel dimensions satisfy your country’s other passport-photo rules — background, expression, head position). The presets give you the dimensions; verifying everything else is on you.
- Print sizes are computed from the user-selected DPI. Final printed appearance depends on your printer, paper, and printing service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro unlock, if any.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations. In that case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above changes when we do. Continued use after a meaningful update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
